Day 3 Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha)
These are the most famous points of interest in Bangkok so we decided a visit is a must. It was a breeze to go to the palace and Wat Pho from our hotel. We took Hotel shuttle bus to Phetchaburi train station. Transfer to Sukhumvit Line(Green) and alight at Saphan Taksin. Take the exit to Chao Phraya Pier and buy the tickets to Wat Pho. Board the ferry and enjoy the ride. Simple as it is..Total cost less than 6SGD per person.

We took a quick lunch at a cafe near Reclining budha before we head to Wat Arun temple. My face shows how tired we were after visiting the palace on a hot day.
